Today the phrase digital printing is familiar, perhaps, to almost everyone. But not everyone understands this expression well. For many people, digital printing is simply sending the document to printer.This is, of course, partly true, but for digital printing only special industrial equipment is used.

The main advantage of digital printing is its speed, because in this case prepress processes are not needed. The image is sent to printer from the programme where it has been created. It is possible to print a sample copy to check the quality of the finished product and, if necessary, to correct errors directly in the computer programme.  The digital printing method is particularly relevant in case you need to release a small edition of prints quickly.
